Looks like you need spiral wave curlin rods and alot of gel/hairspray. Sally’s or beauty supply stores should be able to help take the photo with you.
you cant. i mean you could get a perm and put some layers in it, but thats permanent. then your hair will be dried out and hard to comb. one thing you have to realize. celebrities have some of the BEST hairstylists out there. they pay mega money and it takes a lot to look like them. do you think they roll out of bed like that? if you want curly hair i would use hot rollers or a curling iron. if you get a layered haircut, it will look better than all one length hair. otherwise, just be yourself!! i think wavy hair is way sexier than crazy curls!
use a really nice straightening iron as a hair curling iron. the thin round kind . also a crap load of hairspray from Aussie
